  • Stock Availability: Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. In the event of stock shortages, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or a full refund.
  • Sizing: All product sizes are based on standard industry sizing. Please refer to our size guide for more information.

  • Right to Refuse: Be Jeaned reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • Payment Security: Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. Be Jeaned does not store your payment information.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver across South Africa. Delivery fees and timelines will be displayed at checkout. Local and major cities only. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas. 
  • Standard Delivery Times: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur. We will communicate any delays and work to resolve them quickly.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, customised products, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
