At Be Jeaned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns and refund policy is here to help.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion.
- Products that have been altered or customised.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
How to Return an Item
You can return your item in one of the following ways:

In-Store Returns:
Bring the item to our store located at Unit 11, Boulevard Business Park, 14 Belladonna Road, Durban. A staff member will assist you with your return. -
Courier Returns:
Contact our customer service team at sales@bejeaned.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 64 627 6196 to arrange a return via courier. For orders greater than R500, returns are free. Please note that for orders under R500, a R150 courier charge will be billed against the total order value.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If items are returned damaged, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
