Delivery/Shipping

At Be Jeaned, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. Our shipping policy outlines how we deliver your favourite denim pieces right to your doorstep.

Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for your convenience:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days. Local and major cities only. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas. 
  • Express Delivery: Fast-track your order and receive it within 1-2 business days (additional charges apply).
  • In-Store Collection/Click & Collect: Available for Durban only

Delivery Costs

  • Standard delivery: R70 for orders under R500.
  • Free delivery for orders over R500.
  • Express delivery: R150, regardless of order total.
  • In-Store Collection: Free (Durban Only)

Order Processing
Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Locations
We deliver across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided or unavailability to receive the package, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.

Delays
While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical disruptions. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
